Mike Spicer is a consultant for the Hanford based Outzen-Spicer Group.  He currently serves as an advisor in security matters for organizations in the public and private sectors worldwide.  Often known as the “Security Guru,” he has more than 30 years of experience in the field of law enforcement and security.  In 2004 Spicer received an MBA with a minor in Criminal Justice Management, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 G.P.A.
